Using this site

This site presents Mayan World Family Adventures’ private family journey in Guatemala and lets you request a personalized proposal. Please use it lawfully and provide accurate information so we can plan sensibly.

Prices are indicative starting rates

All published prices are “from” starting rates shown against a reference party of 4 travelers and are quoted per person, per day & night. Because private transportation, guiding and coordination are shared inside your own party, smaller private parties may cost more per person and larger parties may cost less per person.

The Classic introductory rate is available through October 31, 2026 on selected departures. Lodging rates and availability can differ over Semana Santa, Christmas / New Year and other high-demand dates. Your price is only final once confirmed in writing.

Proposals and availability

Submitting a planning request is not a reservation and does not hold any dates, rooms or services. It is a request for us to prepare a proposal. Everything remains subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Nothing is charged at proposal stage, and this site does not collect or process payments.

The journey

The journey follows one fixed route — Antigua Guatemala → Volcán Pacaya → Pacific Coast → Lake Atitlán — in either 7 or 8 nights, and departures begin on a Saturday. Your family travels as its own private party; you are not joining a group and no departure needs to be filled. Shared experiences with other independent parties are optional and only offered when they add value.

Individual activities, viewpoints, boat outings, wildlife encounters and volcano experiences depend on weather, sea and trail conditions, local authority guidance and safe operating judgement. When something cannot run safely, we look for a sensible alternative rather than proceed.

Inclusions and exclusions

Inclusions described on this site are provisional and are confirmed in your personal proposal. In general the journey covers accommodation, daily breakfast, private transportation, guides where applicable, selected experiences and Mayan World planning and local support. International flights, lunches and dinners, alcohol, tips and gratuities, personal expenses and premium add-ons are not included.

Third parties and partners

Accommodation, transport, guiding and activity services are delivered by independent local partners who operate under their own terms and safety practices. We select partners carefully and coordinate your journey, and we describe our approach as safety by design rather than as a guarantee of outcomes.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, brand marks and imagery on this site belong to Mayan World or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written consent. Editorial and travel-guide content is general orientation, not professional medical, legal or security advice; always check current official guidance for your own country.

Limitation

The site is provided as is, and its content — including prices, itinerary detail and guidance — may change or contain errors while the service is in preview. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of this site’s indicative content. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
